2 cups water
2 medium zucchini cut into chunks
handful of green beans or spinach
2 stalks celery cut into chunks
1 cup parsley, minced
Steam zucchini, green beans or spinach, and
celery until soft, about 20 minutes. Place the vegetables, steaming water and
parsley in blender, and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Serve
immediately.
