High Protein Hemp Snack Squares

1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup fresh ground nut butter (peanut butter, cashew butter, almond butter etc.
1 T. organic butter or Organic Earth Balance
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup Mount Capra Mineral Whey Powder (optional but adds more protein)
2 1/2 cups Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice Cereal (Cocoa or regular flavor)
3 T. toasted hemp seeds

Heat honey, nut butter, butter and vanilla extract in saucepan over low heat, stirring just until blended.  Stir in mineral whey powder and hemp seeds until thoroughly incorporated.  Add cereal mixing to coat.  Press mixture firmly into bottom of an 8 x 8 inch square baking pan.  Cool in fridge until mixture holds together (about one hour).  Cut into squares.
