Hemp Noggin
1 1/2 cups homemade hemp milk, chilled
1 cup TJs canned light coconut milk, chilled
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup organic coconut sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine the frozen banana, milk, sugar, herbs and vanilla extract into your blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Makes 4-6 cups. Sprinkle the top with ground cinnamon (very blood sugar balancing) and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
