Hemp Milk

Hemp milk is so easy to create on your own and SO delicious.  It helps to have a Vitamixer, but not absolutely necessary.  To make the milk, blend 1/2 cup raw shelled hemp seed with 2 cups of filtered spring water.  Blend in Vitamixer for 30 seconds at high speed or 3 minutes in a regular blender.  Pour entire contents through a nut milk bag.  At this point you can either compost or freeze the seeds for future use.  Chill before drinking for best flavor.
